Supports compensation and benefits programs, including merit, promotions, incentives, job pricing, benefits administration, and open enrollment. Analyzes pay and benefits data, maintains policies and compliance, manages vendors, prepares reports and filings, and partners with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and employees. The role also supports equity administration, executive compensation, pay equity reviews, and process automation.

Lead and build Fermi America’s enterprise infrastructure and workplace technology function. Manage a small team and technology providers while remaining hands-on with cloud infrastructure, networks, endpoints, Microsoft 365, identity, troubleshooting, architecture, and operational delivery. Establish standards, documentation, monitoring, incident response, backup and recovery, asset lifecycle, and support processes. Partner with site technology leadership on Matador connectivity, shared infrastructure, construction-to-commissioning requirements, and operational handoffs. The role is based in Dallas with travel to Amarillo and Matador as needed.

Leads Fermi America's corporate communications strategy, reputation, media relations, crisis response, executive communications, brand, employee communications, and employer brand. Advises senior leaders, translates complex energy and AI infrastructure topics, manages agencies and communications operations, coordinates with Legal and Investor Relations, and builds scalable communications capabilities for a rapidly growing public company.
