Manage full lifecycle of EPC contracts for power generation scope: lead RFPs and awards, administer contracts and change orders, ensure compliance, coordinate schedules and owner-furnished equipment, manage contractor performance, and support cross-functional procurement and finance activities.

Serves as the owner-side technical authority for hyperscale data center infrastructure, overseeing MEP systems, design standards, vendor qualification, construction compliance, commissioning, and turnover. Reviews designs, resolves technical issues, verifies field installations, manages nonconformances, and ensures reliability, redundancy, maintainability, and operability. Coordinates engineering subject matter experts, consultants, integrators, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams in a matrix environment. Maintains the basis of design and drives equipment standardization, vendor-capacity tracking, and technical roadmap development.

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple data center buildings for a tenant account, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, contracts, change orders, commissioning, turnover, and tenant reporting. Lead sequencing, shared-resource allocation, contractor management, claims defense, cost forecasting, schedule analysis, safety, and executive communications. This owner-side role requires extensive data center construction experience, Primavera P6 expertise, and accountability through operational handover.
