Lead the development and maturation of an enterprise cybersecurity, IT risk, and compliance program. Responsibilities include governance, risk assessments, security policies, IAM/PAM, Microsoft Entra, cloud and endpoint security, incident response, vulnerability management, MSSP oversight, vendor risk, legal and data governance support, and OT/physical security coordination. The role partners with executives, legal, operations, compliance, and technical teams in a primarily Dallas-based hybrid environment with limited site travel.

Leads engineering strategy and technical authority for a multi-technology 17 GW private power campus. Oversees gas generation, high-voltage transmission, substations, BESS, SCADA/EMS, civil infrastructure, future solar and nuclear programs, and engineering partners. Establishes standards, design basis, verification processes, and risk management; directs EPC, OEM, and utility interfaces; supports permitting, commissioning, and regulatory compliance; and builds a multidisciplinary engineering organization for large-scale energy infrastructure delivery.

Own and scale full-cycle talent acquisition for a rapidly growing energy infrastructure company. Build recruiting processes, pipelines, metrics, sourcing channels, ATS infrastructure, and agency relationships. Recruit across construction, engineering, finance, commercial, and corporate functions; partner with executives and hiring managers; manage offers and compliance; and support hiring across Dallas and Amarillo, Texas.
