Own end-to-end payroll operations and compliance for a multi-state workforce using Paylocity; lead migration of payroll from HR to Finance; design SOX-ready controls; manage payroll tax filings and multi-state registrations; process equity (RSU) payroll events; build documentation, mappings to Oracle Fusion, reporting, and run payroll accurately each cycle while supporting audits and partnering with HR, Tax, AP, and FP&A.

Manage integrated cost and schedule control for EPC scopes across engineering, procurement, and construction. Own budgeting, forecasting, EVM, change management, risk analysis, schedule analysis in P6, and reconciliation across Oracle Unifier and Fusion. Review contractor progress/invoices, present controls deliverables, mentor analysts, and enforce controls standards and templates.

Build and maintain Power BI reporting from Unifier, Fusion, and P6 data; use Claude and AI tools to automate reporting and document analysis; perform cost tracking, invoice processing and reconciliation, schedule support, change-order tracking, and data reconciliation; develop and implement improved controls, processes, and templates; prepare ad-hoc analyses for leadership.
