Coordinates quality-team material movements, inspections, repairs, returns, inventory counts, reporting, audits, purchasing, and continuous improvement activities. Maintains inventory accuracy, prepares performance metrics, processes requisitions, supports inspection and order workflows, and assists with implementing new programs and corrective actions. Requires administrative or inventory coordination experience, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and SAP data-extraction capabilities.

Owns CRM strategy and execution across EMEA, including lifecycle marketing, email campaigns, automation, segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, and retention programs. Analyzes campaign performance and customer data to improve engagement, conversion, lifetime value, and ROI. Partners with eCommerce, MarTech, creative teams, and external vendors to develop content, maintain CRM platforms, ensure data compliance, and expand programs across multiple European markets.

Supports month-end close, journal entries, fixed-asset reconciliation, standard cost estimates, inventory control, physical counts, scrap reconciliation, operational reporting, petty cash, and expense processing. Partners with Operations to communicate financial results and influence decisions. Also supports finance and operations projects in a manufacturing environment.
