Perform hand and machine sanding, buffing, and polishing of guitar bodies and necks to achieve finished appearance. Inspect and repair parts prior to final acceptance, follow supervisor instructions and approved procedures, maintain clean and safe work area, handle regulated materials per safety data sheets, and wear required PPE.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor for Phoenix-based teams, partnering with leaders on talent strategy, performance, workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, and change management. Manage full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with employment laws, leverage HCM systems for data and reporting, drive engagement and culture initiatives, and support special projects and events.

Maintain and administer CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/YAML), AWS cloud services (EC2, S3), and on-prem servers. Implement secrets management and secure pipeline practices, support automated test/build systems, manage Jira/Confluence, collaborate with remote IT to maintain office network, monitor app store errors, and improve technical documentation.
