Supports month-end close, journal entries, fixed-asset reconciliation, standard cost estimates, inventory control, physical counts, scrap reconciliation, operational reporting, petty cash, and expense processing. Partners with Operations to communicate financial results and influence decisions. Also supports finance and operations projects in a manufacturing environment.

Manually sands electric guitar and bass bodies through pre- and post-paint production, correcting minor surface imperfections, inspecting product quality, following safety and work procedures, maintaining a clean workstation, meeting production targets, and coordinating with team members to support workflow and process improvements.

Supports purchasing and sourcing operations by collecting supplier compliance documentation, managing certificates and security-program information, coordinating return-to-vendor activities, preparing supplier scorecards and inventory reports, identifying cost-saving opportunities, monitoring supply and production risks, and assisting with plant service contracts. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong Excel skills, supply chain purchasing experience, and organizational and project management abilities.
