Structure debt facilities, coordinate borrowers, lenders, and law firms, translate legal agreements into software requirements, manage multiple implementation workstreams, and launch facilities on Fence’s platform. Serve as the primary client contact, drive program execution, recommend product improvements, and collaborate closely with engineers. The role requires strong project management, finance or fintech interest, technical fluency, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and excellent English communication.

Lead Fence’s US capital-markets commercial strategy for asset-backed finance. Identify priority markets, build institutional relationships, personally source and close complex opportunities, enforce disciplined sales processes, and translate market feedback into a repeatable go-to-market motion. The role focuses on private credit, specialty finance, banks, fintech lenders, asset managers, and digital-asset investors, with regular New York presence and periodic travel to Madrid.

Own Fence’s marketing strategy for institutional financial buyers. Develop positioning and messaging, sales collateral, case studies, founder content, account-based marketing, events, nurture campaigns, and market-development programs. Translate complex asset-backed finance infrastructure into credible, clear narratives for originators, lenders, banks, private credit firms, fintech operators, and RWA/DeFi investors. Use customer feedback and sales insights to continuously improve messaging and collateral while building the initial marketing system.
