Prepare commercial fencing estimates from plans and site visits, perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations, conduct in-person sales meetings with contractors and property managers, collaborate with project teams, maintain bid records in Excel, and review/markup plans with AutoCAD or similar tools.

Lead month-end close, financial statements, job costing, WIP accounting, payroll across multi-site and union jurisdictions, cash flow, budgeting/forecasting, compliance, financial analysis, and cost-savings initiatives while supporting operational and administrative needs for a high-growth, private equity–backed fencing business.

Create and revise fence layouts and construction drawings in CAD, assist with project coordination and scheduling, review site plans and measurements, manage permits and dig numbers, generate work orders, and track bids, proposals, and project documentation while coordinating with managers, crews, vendors, and clients.
