The Financial Analyst will support annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, Board reporting, and monthly financial performance reviews. Responsibilities include analyzing variances, maintaining financial models and reports, supporting demand planning, conducting omni-channel gross margin analysis, and delivering actionable business insights. The role also advances AI, automation, and process improvements while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Build, scale, and operate AWS backend systems and IoT infrastructure connecting Fellow’s physical products, mobile applications, and cloud services. Responsibilities include backend architecture, PostgreSQL reliability, secure device provisioning, MQTT and OTA delivery, observability, incident response, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, security, disaster recovery, internal analytics tools, and product integrations. The role owns the device-to-cloud stack and collaborates with software, product, QA, manufacturing, and customer support teams.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware for Fellow’s connected consumer products using FreeRTOS. Architect systems for real-time performance, low power consumption, memory efficiency, reliability, and connectivity across devices, mobile apps, and cloud services. Collaborate with product design, hardware, and software teams; develop on-device GUIs, test and debug firmware, manage OTA updates, and lead new product experiences in resource-constrained environments.

Own the vision, roadmap, commercial outcomes, and full lifecycle of Fellow’s brewing product category across accessories, platforms, and global markets. Lead customer and market research, define requirements, make cost-feature-schedule tradeoffs, and guide cross-functional teams through development and launch. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, finance, sales, and CX on product strategy, pricing, positioning, portfolio planning, and post-launch optimization.

Serve as the hands-on technical leader for connected-product firmware. Define system architecture, develop and debug production embedded C/C++ software on RTOS platforms, lead device-to-cloud and mobile integration, and own OTA releases, reliability, security, compliance, and field support. Partner across hardware, backend, mobile, QA, operations, and suppliers while mentoring engineers and improving development processes.

Manage electro-mechanical product programs from concept through mass production. Coordinate engineering, product, quality, manufacturing, operations, marketing, and external partners; oversee schedules, budgets, resources, technical requirements, testing, regulatory compliance, risks, changes, and quality. Lead corrective actions, communicate status to stakeholders and executives, track KPIs, and conduct post-project reviews.

Leads Fellow’s global direct-to-consumer and e-commerce business, owning performance reporting, forecasting, P&L analysis, growth marketing, paid media, lifecycle retention, digital product direction, analytics, vendor management, and team development. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, Brand, Marketing, Product, and Operations while managing agencies and optimizing customer acquisition, retention, cohort behavior, LTV, and channel growth using BigQuery, Amplitude, Looker, Shopify, and AI-enabled workflows.

Lead integrated marketing strategy, executing multi-channel campaigns, managing influencer marketing and PR, ensuring cohesive messaging and performance optimization. Oversee budget, team management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand awareness and business impact.
