Lead and execute Fellow's creative vision across campaigns, digital, retail, packaging, and content. Responsibilities include supplier qualification and audits, quality planning, NPI design reviews, risk assessments, reliability testing, issue resolution, CTQ implementation, process improvement, scorecard management, and PCN coordination. The role requires extensive manufacturing quality experience, strong knowledge of core quality tools, contract manufacturer relationship management, frequent supplier-site travel, and independent leadership across multiple product categories.

Oversee global product compliance across the full lifecycle (safety, EMC, certification) for China, EU, UK, US and APAC markets. Lead regulatory research, NPI compliance reviews, test planning, third-party lab coordination, supplier file verification, incident remediation, and maintaining compliance documentation to enable market access and mitigate production risks.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks across firmware, mobile, and AWS backend services. Implement hardware-integrated test workflows, flash devices, run unit/integration/UI tests, collect and normalize logs and measurement data, and forward artifacts to AI-based analysis tools to enable intelligent debugging and scalable release processes.

Lead integrated marketing strategy, executing multi-channel campaigns, managing influencer marketing and PR, ensuring cohesive messaging and performance optimization. Oversee budget, team management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand awareness and business impact.
