Develop and maintain embedded firmware for Fellow’s connected consumer products using FreeRTOS. Architect systems for real-time performance, low power consumption, memory efficiency, reliability, and connectivity across devices, mobile apps, and cloud services. Collaborate with product design, hardware, and software teams; develop on-device GUIs, test and debug firmware, manage OTA updates, and lead new product experiences in resource-constrained environments.

Own the vision, roadmap, commercial outcomes, and full lifecycle of Fellow’s brewing product category across accessories, platforms, and global markets. Lead customer and market research, define requirements, make cost-feature-schedule tradeoffs, and guide cross-functional teams through development and launch. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, finance, sales, and CX on product strategy, pricing, positioning, portfolio planning, and post-launch optimization.

Leads Fellow’s social media, influencer, affiliate, content, and community strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The role develops brand voice, content calendars, creator partnerships, recurring content franchises, and culturally relevant campaigns. Responsibilities include managing influencer and affiliate programs, engaging communities, collaborating with creative teams, analyzing performance, and optimizing content to increase reach, engagement, conversions, and brand affinity.
