Develop, maintain, and optimize embedded firmware, drivers, UI firmware, and IoT platform capabilities. Investigate field and production issues, support new-device development through release, improve automated testing and development tools, and collaborate with hardware, mobile, backend, QA, product, and manufacturing teams. Provide onsite factory bring-up, debugging, validation, and production support in Guangdong and other required locations.

Serve as the hands-on technical leader for connected-product firmware. Define system architecture, develop and debug production embedded C/C++ software on RTOS platforms, lead device-to-cloud and mobile integration, and own OTA releases, reliability, security, compliance, and field support. Partner across hardware, backend, mobile, QA, operations, and suppliers while mentoring engineers and improving development processes.

Manage electro-mechanical product programs from concept through mass production. Coordinate engineering, product, quality, manufacturing, operations, marketing, and external partners; oversee schedules, budgets, resources, technical requirements, testing, regulatory compliance, risks, changes, and quality. Lead corrective actions, communicate status to stakeholders and executives, track KPIs, and conduct post-project reviews.
