Manage Rockford operations for scheduling, measuring, purchasing, installation and service of windows, siding and doors. Recruit, train and lead a 4–6 person team, ensure on-time, quality installs, handle escalations, maintain installer payables, onboard installation partners, and drive customer satisfaction metrics.

Conduct in-home product demonstrations for windows, siding, and doors; convert company-provided leads into sales; coordinate with call center, finance, and fulfillment to manage the customer lifecycle; meet or exceed individual sales targets and company metrics; deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Handle high-volume inbound customer calls and web/email inquiries, schedule and enter sales and service appointments, process finance applications, perform database administration and data entry, coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance and fulfillment teams, and use multi-line phone systems and internet maps to support product specialists.
