Lead and coordinate artistic and technical elements of an ice show unit: supervise performers and crew, coach and rehearse talent, schedule rehearsals, conduct auditions and appraisals, maintain production documentation and video library, report performance issues, adapt choreography for different ice sizes, and support PR and production coordination. Requires travel and passport.
