Support HR operations including HRIS administration, benefits coordination, immigration/work authorization tracking, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, data reporting, audits, and vendor coordination to ensure accurate employee records and smooth HR processes.

Lead a small, hands-on application development team while remaining an active contributor. Design, build, and maintain internal applications, integrations, dashboards, and data tools; support enterprise systems and databases; establish development, code review, deployment, and governance practices (including AI-assisted workflows); mentor developers; and advise nontechnical stakeholders on technical tradeoffs and responsible AI usage.

Support in-house attorney with contract intake, first-line review and redlining, corporate filings, compliance tracking, legal research, and managing outside counsel, templates, and legal resources. Improve processes through automation and AI tools while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining legal calendars and matter organization.

Provide in-house legal counsel focused on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (professional services, subconsultants, NDAs, vendor agreements). Advise on compliance, conflicts, confidentiality, and insurance; manage contract intake; support business registrations, legal research, and maintain templates and training materials. Partner closely with project managers and business teams to enable risk-aware decision-making. Hybrid role requiring regular Roseville office presence and occasional travel to Walnut Creek.

Provide in-house legal counsel focused on contract review, negotiation, and risk management for professional services, subconsultant, teaming, NDA, and vendor agreements. Support compliance, business registrations, legal research, and maintain contract templates and training materials while partnering with project managers and business services across the firm.

Coordinate and produce high-quality proposals, qualifications, and presentations by researching opportunities, collecting content from internal and external teams, writing/editing materials, ensuring RFP compliance, creating branded graphics, maintaining opportunity and resume databases, and supporting marketing pursuits from pre-RFP through submittal.

Manage travel demand modeling projects, oversee deliverables, mentor staff, and develop innovative forecasting solutions for multimodal transportation systems.

Lead end-to-end internal and external communications for the firm: clarify messy requests, recommend approaches, draft and publish content across intranet, LinkedIn, email, blog, presentations, and webinars. Own selected channels, use analytics to optimize performance, develop templates and storytelling tools, surface story opportunities, and responsibly use AI to accelerate work while ensuring accuracy and nuance.
