Develop and implement travel demand and forecasting models using traditional and big-data methods, analyze multimodal systems, translate results for clients, support project teams, and apply statistical and programming tools for transportation planning studies.

Provide legal counsel on contracts (professional services, subconsultant, teaming, NDAs, vendor agreements); identify and explain contract risks; support compliance, business licensing, and legal research; maintain contract templates and legal resources; partner with project managers and business services. Hybrid role requiring Roseville office presence and occasional travel.

Provide in-house contract review, negotiation, and risk counseling for professional services, subconsultant, vendor, NDA, and teaming agreements. Support business compliance, licensing, legal research, and maintain templates and training materials. Partner with project managers to translate legal risk for technical staff and manage contract intake and scheduling.

Coordinate and produce high-quality proposals, qualifications, and presentations by collaborating with project teams and external partners. Manage proposal processes, ensure RFP/RFQ compliance, draft and edit content, create branded graphics and documents, track opportunities, and maintain marketing databases and resumes.

Manage travel demand modeling projects, oversee deliverables, mentor staff, and develop innovative forecasting solutions for multimodal transportation systems.

Lead end-to-end internal and external communications for the firm: clarify messy requests, recommend approaches, draft and publish content across intranet, LinkedIn, email, blog, presentations, and webinars. Own selected channels, use analytics to optimize performance, develop templates and storytelling tools, surface story opportunities, and responsibly use AI to accelerate work while ensuring accuracy and nuance.

Lead and mentor a three-person application development team, design and maintain internal applications, integrations, and data tools, set development and governance practices, advise across the firm on technical tradeoffs and responsible AI-assisted development, and ensure secure, reliable deployment and database operations.

Support HR operations including HRIS administration, benefits coordination, immigration/work authorization tracking, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, data reporting, audits, and vendor coordination to ensure accurate employee records and smooth HR processes.
