Owns internal communications and external marketing content across intranet, LinkedIn, email, blogs, presentations, templates, and webinars. The role translates technical work into clear messaging, manages communications projects and channels, coordinates reviews and publishing, uses analytics to improve performance, identifies storytelling opportunities, and applies AI tools with sound judgment. Requires strong independent judgment, writing, editing, organization, and stakeholder communication skills.

Coordinates proposal and marketing efforts from pre-RFP through submission, including proposals, presentations, interview preparation, resumes, and qualifications. Collaborates with project managers, senior leaders, consultants, and business services teams to gather information, meet deadlines, and comply with RFP requirements. Develops, edits, and proofreads content while applying brand guidelines and design resources to create compelling marketing materials and strategic communications.
