Support HR operations including HRIS administration, benefits coordination, immigration/work authorization tracking, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, data reporting, audits, and vendor coordination to ensure accurate employee records and smooth HR processes.

Lead a small, hands-on application development team while remaining an active contributor. Design, build, and maintain internal applications, integrations, dashboards, and data tools; support enterprise systems and databases; establish development, code review, deployment, and governance practices (including AI-assisted workflows); mentor developers; and advise nontechnical stakeholders on technical tradeoffs and responsible AI usage.

Develop and implement travel demand and forecasting models using traditional and big-data methods, analyze multimodal systems, translate results for clients, support project teams, and apply statistical and programming tools for transportation planning studies.
