Coordinates proposals and marketing pursuits from planning through submission. Responsibilities include tracking opportunities, managing schedules, gathering information, developing and editing content, ensuring RFP/RFQ compliance, preparing presentations, and creating polished branded documents. The role collaborates with project managers, senior leaders, consultants, and marketing teams while managing competing deadlines and adopting new tools, including AI-assisted technologies.

Owns internal communications and external marketing content across intranet, LinkedIn, email, blogs, presentations, templates, and webinars. The role turns ambiguous requests into clear communication strategies and polished deliverables, manages assigned channels, uses analytics to improve performance, translates technical work for broad audiences, and identifies storytelling opportunities. Requires independent project ownership, strong writing and editing, sound judgment, organizational skill, and responsible use of AI tools.
