Oversee daily operation of a meal-delivery site: supervise staff and volunteers, ensure safe food handling and timely meal delivery, maintain records and reports, recruit/train volunteers, assist with routes and community events, and perform hands-on mission tasks as needed.

Manage and oversee site services and daily meal delivery operations, supervise and train Site Managers and Assistants, recruit and retain volunteers, conduct bi-monthly site audits, handle payroll/mileage submissions, represent agency in community events, and perform hands-on mission work as needed.

Maintain and develop external websites and intranet; perform regular content audits; create and publish web, newsletter, and social media content; improve SEO, UX, and site functionality; troubleshoot issues; coordinate with management, IT and vendors; manage Google Business profile; support communications team and assist with mission-related operational tasks as needed.

Drive and deliver meals along multiple daily routes, load vehicles, assist volunteers and site staff, follow food-handling procedures, record recipient information, float between sites, assist with other mission tasks as needed.

Provide front-desk and clerical support for meal delivery programs: manage routes, input meal delivery changes, train volunteers, handle reception duties, maintain client records, assist intake and referrals, support commissary operations, run reports, and help with on-site distributions and mission work. Requires local driving and occasional lifting.

Drive and deliver meals on multiple daily routes, load vehicles, assist volunteers, follow Dept. of Health and agency food-handling procedures, record recipient information, refer issues to central office, float between sites, assist with meal prep and distributions, and perform other mission support duties.
