Delivers meals to clients across multiple daily routes while following food-handling procedures. Loads vehicles, assists volunteers, completes redeliveries, records recipient information, makes referrals, and supports site operations. May float between locations, serve as a truck spotter, assist with food distributions, prepare meals, and serve home-delivered meals. Requires a New York State driver’s license, automobile access, and ability to lift at least 35 pounds.

Drive and deliver meals along multiple daily routes, load vehicles, assist volunteers and site staff, follow food-handling procedures, record recipient information, float between sites, assist with other mission tasks as needed.

Supports daily farm market operations by driving and loading the market vehicle, managing inventory, recording sales through a POS system, serving customers, supervising volunteers, promoting nutrition education, and assisting with food distributions and meal service. Requires route adherence, safe vehicle operation, customer service, money handling, data collection, and the ability to work outdoors while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Oversee daily site operations to ensure timely, accurate meal delivery and food safety. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate volunteers and site staff. Maintain volunteer databases, census, and daily/monthly reports. Support route preparation, community relations, and participate in events and mission-related tasks as needed.

Manage and oversee site services and daily meal delivery operations, supervise and train Site Managers and Assistants, recruit and retain volunteers, conduct bi-monthly site audits, handle payroll/mileage submissions, represent agency in community events, and perform hands-on mission work as needed.

Manage daily operation of a meal delivery site: supervise staff and volunteers, ensure timely and safe meal delivery, maintain records and reports, recruit and train volunteers, handle food safety and equipment, assist in route preparation and community relations, and support other mission activities as needed.

Lead and execute the organization's fundraising strategy, oversee annual giving, planned giving, grants, events, and donor relations. Manage development staff, cultivate major donors, coordinate grant activity, maintain donor records and accounting practices, use data to report fundraising performance, collaborate on communications, and support community engagement and fundraising events. Assist with mission operations as needed.
