Greet and triage neighbors, manage check-in/intake using kiosks/Waitwhile/Cap60, assist volunteers, maintain entryway, perform data entry and system maintenance, de-escalate crises, collaborate with neighborhood team, and support events. Bilingual Spanish required; occasional regional travel and valid Florida drivers license required.

Support daily bistro operations including food prep, stocking, cleaning, POS cash handling, customer service, leading volunteers, and ensuring safety and inventory. Be on-floor during service and assist other Neighbor Food Programs as needed.

Provide bilingual (Spanish) helpline intake and resource navigation by phone and email: conduct needs assessments, make referrals (SNAP, food, housing, healthcare), assist with applications, perform follow-ups, document cases, escalate crises, support senior wellness program, and collaborate with partners and volunteers. Maintain accurate records and meet continuing education requirements.

Operate and maintain a free grocery market: stock and present shelves, monitor inventory and place orders, lead and direct volunteers, perform POS cash handling, maintain cleanliness and safety, operate warehouse equipment, and support neighborhood food program operations and special mission-driven distributions.

Provide direct case management and advocacy for older adults in the s'well program: conduct assessments, create individualized care plans, assist with SNAP and benefits navigation, coordinate community resources, deliver classes, maintain client records, manage partner relationships, support enrollment/events, respond to crises, and collaborate with internal teams and volunteers to improve seniors' well-being.

Lead data collection, analysis, and dashboard development to inform strategic decisions. Maintain data integrity, governance, and privacy compliance. Develop policies, documentation, training, and performance dashboards. Partner with operations, development, and programs to optimize processes, support system integrations, and provide technical assistance to stakeholders.

Manage and grow food donor relationships, source donated packaged and fresh food, track donations and produce reports, coordinate logistics with operations, implement donor maintenance processes and SOPs, represent the organization in donor meetings and presentations, and ensure food safety compliance.

Lead annual giving strategy and execution, managing multi-channel direct response campaigns and a monthly donor program. Cultivate and steward core, lead, and prospective mid/major donors, analyze donor data to optimize acquisition and retention, set fundraising goals, and collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive donor engagement and growth toward revenue targets.

Welcome and triage neighbors at Feeding Tampa Bay's Causeway Center, focusing on Hispanic community needs. Conduct needs assessments, provide translation, connect people to food assistance, SNAP, housing, health, employment and mental health resources, and document client interactions. Use crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, and de-escalation; support volunteers, community partnerships, events, disaster response, and maintain resource database and center operations.
