Provides primary audiovisual support for internal and external events, including planning, setup, live operation, troubleshooting, breakdown, equipment management, and run-of-show execution. During non-event periods, delivers Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, manages devices and accounts, troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and access issues, maintains inventories and documentation, and supports physical security systems. The role requires evening and weekend flexibility, strong communication, and hands-on problem solving.

Leads brand and product marketing strategy, mission-awareness campaigns, audience-specific messaging, go-to-market planning, and integrated marketing execution. Establishes product marketing processes, tracks KPIs and OKRs, uses insights to optimize performance, and manages a team of two Marketing Managers. Partners with senior leadership, product stakeholders, marketing operations, creative resources, and agencies to strengthen organizational positioning and audience engagement.
