Lead and grow the s'well (Senior Wellness) program by managing day-to-day operations, supervising navigators, developing curriculum and partnerships, coordinating enrollment and logistics, maintaining client records, and ensuring coordinated care and exceptional neighbor experience across the 10-county region.

Lead brand and program marketing strategy and execution to build mission awareness. Develop audience-centered messaging, integrated campaigns, KPIs/OKRs, and program go-to-market plans. Establish program marketing processes, manage two direct reports, collaborate cross-functionally, and use insights to optimize campaigns and measurement.

Provide accounting support focused on grants and payroll. Maintain GAAP/GASB-compliant financial records, manage grant budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting. Process payroll, benefits administration, and retirement filings. Support audits, cross-train in finance functions, and collaborate with Development, Programs, and Operations teams.

Lead strategy and operations for third-party fundraising, food drives, and donor affinity groups. Improve SOPs, integrate virtual financial giving, manage events, track ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow revenue and stewardship across a 10-county region.

Coordinate logistics and inventory stewardship for community partner programs, manage orders and scheduling, track outbound logistics metrics, support partner surveys and grant reporting, maintain CRM/data hygiene, and liaise with internal teams to ensure reliable meal distribution across the service area.

Support Neighbor Services by assisting clients with SNAP applications, navigating food and social service resources, maintaining case notes and data, using UniteUs and internal tools, participating in outreach and supervised field placement.

Produce and manage photo and video content across pre-production to final delivery. Lead shoots, edit images and videos, conduct sensitive interviews, manage digital asset systems, maintain equipment, and coordinate with marketing to meet campaign goals across a 10-county region.

Welcome and triage neighbors at Feeding Tampa Bay's Causeway Center, focusing on Hispanic community needs. Conduct needs assessments, provide translation, connect people to food assistance, SNAP, housing, health, employment and mental health resources, and document client interactions. Use crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, and de-escalation; support volunteers, community partnerships, events, disaster response, and maintain resource database and center operations.

Manage and grow food donor relationships, source donated packaged and fresh food, track donations and produce reports, coordinate logistics with operations, implement donor maintenance processes and SOPs, represent the organization in donor meetings and presentations, and ensure food safety compliance.
