Teams at Feeding Tampa Bay

Manage day-to-day operations and community-facing Neighbor Services at the Feeding Pinellas Empowerment Center. Supervise volunteers and staff, conduct client intakes and case management, coordinate community partnerships and events, maintain client records and data, support pantry/cafe operations, and serve as onsite point of contact. Provide crisis-intervention, outreach, and resource navigation while promoting program growth and ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

Provide case-management style neighbor services at Feeding Pinellas: conduct intakes, assess needs, create action plans, assist with SNAP and benefits applications, make referrals, perform follow-up, maintain records, support site operations, outreach, disaster response, and collaborate with partners to connect clients with resources.

Lead and grow the s'well (Senior Wellness) program by managing day-to-day operations, supervising navigators, developing curriculum and partnerships, coordinating enrollment and logistics, maintaining client records, and ensuring coordinated care and exceptional neighbor experience across the 10-county region.
