Leads corporate and community partnership development, fundraising, donor cultivation, sponsorships, and revenue-generating events for Feeding South Florida. Oversees the Annual Gala, manages a portfolio of 150 corporate donors, pursues new prospects, and targets $2.5 million in annual revenue. Provides leadership to community engagement, events, and volunteer teams; monitors budgets, fundraising metrics, and database activity; develops strategic relationships; and represents the organization at community events and meetings.

Staff Accountant supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; prepares financial records, reconciliations, accruals, deposits, payroll tax analyses, and audit documentation. The role tracks fixed assets, leases, capital projects, vendors, contracts, and restricted funds; supports financial reporting, regulatory filings, permits, surveys, and finance system implementations. It collaborates with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, senior accounting staff, departments, auditors, banks, and the Controller.

Plans and executes fundraising, community engagement, volunteer, and third-party events for Feeding South Florida. Manages event budgets, attendance, fundraising goals, committees, donor meetings, presentations, youth ambassador initiatives, corporate partnerships, and community outreach. Tracks fundraising metrics and coordinates with philanthropy and food supply chain teams. The role requires flexibility for event schedules, occasional travel, public speaking, reliable transportation, and occasional physical work in warehouse or outdoor environments.

Manages relationships with partner agencies, ensuring compliance with organizational, USDA, Feeding America, and regulatory requirements. Conducts site visits, evaluates agency readiness and performance, recommends corrective actions, maintains compliance records, provides training, and supports audits. The role manages an assigned agency portfolio, analyzes program data, prepares reports, supports distribution events, coordinates volunteers, and represents the organization in community and stakeholder engagements. Frequent travel across a four-county service area is required.

Manages grant fundraising from opportunity research through application, reporting, renewals, compliance, and donor stewardship. Oversees a Grants Coordinator, maintains grant tracking processes and timelines, compiles hunger-related data, develops impact metrics, and collaborates with philanthropy and finance teams on budgets and funding drawdowns. Requires strong grant-writing, communication, organizational, analytical, and deadline-management skills, with frequent regional travel and occasional out-of-town travel.
