Teams at Feeding South Florida, Inc.

Leads corporate and community partnership development, fundraising, donor cultivation, sponsorships, and revenue-generating events for Feeding South Florida. Oversees the Annual Gala, manages a portfolio of 150 corporate donors, pursues new prospects, and targets $2.5 million in annual revenue. Provides leadership to community engagement, events, and volunteer teams; monitors budgets, fundraising metrics, and database activity; develops strategic relationships; and represents the organization at community events and meetings.

Serve as first point of contact for clients seeking food assistance: answer calls, complete intake using case management software, screen eligibility, schedule appointments, compile grant/demographic data for reports, refer to community partners, and support Client Services team in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Manages grant fundraising from opportunity research through application, reporting, renewals, compliance, and donor stewardship. Oversees a Grants Coordinator, maintains grant tracking processes and timelines, compiles hunger-related data, develops impact metrics, and collaborates with philanthropy and finance teams on budgets and funding drawdowns. Requires strong grant-writing, communication, organizational, analytical, and deadline-management skills, with frequent regional travel and occasional out-of-town travel.
