Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, performance and investigations. Coach and manage HR team, ensure compliance with employment law and OSHA, oversee workers' compensation, monitor HR/safety metrics, and partner with leadership on talent development and risk management.

Oversee volunteer-driven warehouse production activities including food sorting, packing, and special program builds. Supervise a Production Coordinator, coordinate volunteers and inventory, ensure food safety and compliance, manage documentation and data tracking, support recalls, and collaborate with allocation and warehouse teams to maintain efficient workflow.

Administer benefits and bi-weekly payroll ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage enrollments, FMLA/COBRA, leave and OSHA processes, reconcile benefits billing, process tax reporting (W-2, 1094/1095-C), audit timekeeping, support open enrollment and payroll best practices, and respond to employee inquiries.
