Serve as first point of contact for clients seeking food assistance: answer calls, complete intake using case management software, screen eligibility, schedule appointments, compile grant/demographic data for reports, refer to community partners, and support Client Services team in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Provide case-management and benefits enrollment to increase food access and household economic mobility. Assist clients with SNAP/Medicaid/TCA applications, develop service plans, refer to community partners, track grant/demographic data, represent the organization at events, and support mobile pantries and department operations.

Record and reconcile daily deposits, donations, payments, and receivables; prepare and issue invoices; reconcile revenue to the general ledger; assist month-end close, revenue recognition, and audits; maintain donor and funding records; produce aging and cash receipt reports; support system implementations and integrations; collaborate with Philanthropy/Development to reconcile donor data.
