Lead a product squad focused on teacher activation, engagement, student support, grading, and institutional adoption. Help establish product management practices as FeedbackFruits transitions to a product-led organization.

Build and maintain FeedbackFruits as a full-stack engineer, delivering backend logic, database designs, and server-rendered UI. Lead Ember.js to Rails and Hotwire migrations, improve performance and stability, resolve legacy issues, support CI/CD improvements, and develop LTI and partner integrations. The role emphasizes user-focused product development, pragmatic technical decisions, testing, documentation, code reviews, and collaboration with product managers and designers.

Leads a five-person engineering squad, co-owning the product roadmap with the Product Manager and overseeing planning, delivery, technical direction, architecture, code quality, reliability, and AI adoption. Develops engineers through feedback and growth plans, participates in hiring and on-call rotations, monitors DORA metrics, balances technical debt with roadmap priorities, and contributes to broader engineering practices.

Design and evolve FeedbackFruits’ website, landing pages, campaigns, and digital brand experiences. Develop responsive designs and prototypes in Figma, improve UX/UI and conversion journeys, create campaign and launch assets, and strengthen the visual language across web, product, and marketing. Build reusable templates, components, and workflows; introduce AI and automation; structure design processes; and collaborate with external specialists on development, motion, video, or illustration.
