Lead finance function: own forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, contract reviews, regulatory/compliance, and finance-data ownership. Run monthly business reviews, drive tooling and automation, manage and develop the finance operations resource, and partner with leadership to influence strategic decisions.

Lead execution of an existing People Vision and roadmap, rebuilding HR foundations across performance, career levelling, pay, L&D and manager capability. Act as people voice on the leadership team, own the full employee lifecycle, drive retention and engagement, deliver people analytics, and grow a small, hands-on People team while both designing strategy and executing day-to-day work.
