Outbound-focused BDR for US Central Higher Ed accounts. Build and run email/phone/LinkedIn sequences, qualify senior stakeholders, run deep discovery, respond to inbound leads, maintain HubSpot, hand off opportunities to AEs, and feed prospect insights to Marketing. Work full-time from Central time zone and travel to US events a few times yearly.

The Account Executive will drive new business in higher education through outreach, create lead-generation campaigns, deliver product demos, foster customer relationships, manage sales activities, and negotiate deals.

Own full-stack feature delivery and stabilisation efforts, migrate Ember features to Rails+Hotwire, maintain performance and CI/CD, fix legacy bugs, and build LTI-based LMS integrations while participating in design and code reviews.

Serve as primary in-house lawyer for commercial contracting, vendor/reseller deals, DPAs/SLAs, employment issues, compliance (GDPR, accessibility, AI), and corporate governance. Own legal ops, manage external counsel, triage urgent legal notices, and set policy for a scaling EdTech company.

Lead execution of an existing People Vision and roadmap, rebuilding HR foundations across performance, career levelling, pay, L&D and manager capability. Act as people voice on the leadership team, own the full employee lifecycle, drive retention and engagement, deliver people analytics, and grow a small, hands-on People team while both designing strategy and executing day-to-day work.
