Own US higher-education partner accounts from onboarding through renewal. Drive product adoption through training, data-informed action plans, relationship building, renewals, expansions, and risk management. Represent the company at campuses and conferences, provide product feedback, and maintain accurate HubSpot forecasts. The role is fully remote, based in the Eastern or Central US, with travel up to 20%.

Manage day-to-day finance operations across Dutch and US entities, including customer invoicing, subscriptions, collections, supplier invoices, expenses, payment runs, bank reconciliation, finance mailbox coordination, month-end close, and annual accounts support. Improve manual workflows by documenting and formalizing processes in Notion while collaborating with Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, suppliers, and customers.

Build and maintain FeedbackFruits as a senior full-stack engineer. Own backend, database, and server-rendered UI delivery; migrate Ember features to Rails and Hotwire; fix legacy issues; improve performance, stability, CI/CD, and deployment reliability; develop LTI and partner integrations; and contribute to code reviews and technical design. The role emphasizes user-centered product development, pragmatic decisions, testing, collaboration, and continuous delivery.
