The HR Generalist partners with managers and employees on staffing, employee relations, policy compliance, performance management, accommodations, leave administration, onboarding, separations, and workers’ compensation coordination. The role investigates workplace issues, supports HR programs, maintains confidential records, prepares reports, and stays current on employment laws and HR practices. It requires strong communication, coaching, collaboration, judgment, and organizational skills, with a flexible hybrid schedule and occasional travel.

Provides administrative, operational, reporting, and project coordination support to the Development team. Responsibilities include donor stewardship administration, donor communications, reporting, CRM maintenance, Speakers Bureau coordination, onboarding, meetings, calendars, internal communications, SharePoint and Teams management, and process improvement. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate and lead volunteer packing sessions, provide hospitality, perform repetitive warehouse tasks (cleaning, labeling, palletizing), operate retail/donation register, maintain food safety and facility cleanliness, assist with site projects and trainings, and support a welcoming, mission-centered volunteer experience.

Part-time Program Facilitator who greets and trains volunteers, delivers large-group presentations on mission and procedures, manages packing session flow and meal tracking, performs physical warehousing tasks (lifting, pallet jack, hand tools), leads a Christian prayer over meals, and maintains a clean, food-safe facility. Requires evening and every-other-Saturday availability.
