Fundraise by managing relationships with individual, church, corporate, and organizational donors. Engage prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and written outreach; solicit and close gifts; maintain accurate donor records; analyze portfolios; develop engagement strategies; use marketing materials; collaborate with manufacturing personnel; and manage administrative volunteers. The role requires supporting FMSC’s Christian mission, meeting fundraising goals, strong communication, organization, storytelling, and independent work skills.
