Direct and supervise lending operations, develop lending strategy, manage consumer and real estate lending, ensure compliance, and lead team development.

Short-term (approx. 3 months) outreach role to drive membership growth and represent FedChoice at community events, federal sites, conferences, and membership drives. Support event logistics, onboard prospective members, process applications, maintain outreach records, coordinate with branches and marketing, and promote financial products while building relationships with partner organizations.

Process incoming/outgoing mail and deposits, manage mailroom and visitor entrance, handle returned mail and courier preparation, assist with account verifications, Share/IRA certificate reviews, and serve as backup for ACH processing. Provide administrative support, respond to member and vendor inquiries, perform equipment maintenance coordination, and coordinate with stakeholders. On-site position in Lanham, MD.
