Direct and supervise lending operations, develop lending strategy, manage consumer and real estate lending, ensure compliance, and lead team development.

Short-term (approx. 3 months) outreach role to drive membership growth and represent FedChoice at community events, federal sites, conferences, and membership drives. Support event logistics, onboard prospective members, process applications, maintain outreach records, coordinate with branches and marketing, and promote financial products while building relationships with partner organizations.

The Director of Business Services leads the establishment and strategy of the Credit Union's Business Services Department, overseeing operations, product development, and vendor evaluation while ensuring deposit growth and alignment with organizational goals.
