Manage a caseload of people with disabilities or health barriers to employment using the Supported Employment Quality Framework. Provide person-centred vocational profiling, job search and placement support, in-work assistance, employer engagement, record-keeping and collaboration with health and community partners to achieve sustainable employment outcomes across Surrey.

Provides strengths-based coaching and case management to families transitioning from homelessness to employment and financial stability. Develops Mobility Action Plans, connects participants with healthcare, childcare, education, legal, and workforce resources, and supports career advancement.
