Facilitates in-person and virtual life skills, financial empowerment, and work readiness training for adult participants. Develops curriculum and lesson plans, researches employment trends, motivates participants, tracks attendance, and collaborates with vocational rehabilitation, employment, outreach, and job development staff to connect job-ready individuals with suitable opportunities.

Provide one-to-one employment support to long-term unemployed customers through the DWP Restart Scheme. Manage a caseload, conduct face-to-face appointments, create SMART action plans, support job searching, build confidence, address barriers, collaborate with external services, and meet performance, quality, and compliance targets.

Manages contract billing processes by preparing invoices, compiling supporting documentation, resolving client billing questions, tracking unbilled charges, reviewing accounts receivable aging, completing reconciliations and variance analyses, and preparing year-end financial reports. The role also supports fiscal and contract year-end billing adjustments and assists with NYS CFR requirements.
