Oversees growth, program expansion, online learning, accreditation and regulatory compliance, enrollment, student success, technology modernization, workforce planning, finance, facilities, procurement, and instructional operations. Partners with executive leadership, employers, government agencies, and industry organizations to improve performance, expand offerings, strengthen systems, and support sustainable institutional growth.

Build relationships with local employers and jobseekers to create sustainable employment opportunities. Manage vacancies, tailor recruitment support, prepare and coach candidates, market candidates to employers, and deliver against service and performance targets. The role combines employer engagement, recruitment, sales, customer support, outreach, and mentoring for people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
