Support Reading residents with autism and learning disabilities into meaningful employment. Conduct assessments, arrange work placements, advise on workplace adjustments, create wellbeing plans, liaise with support services and health professionals, promote candidates to employers, and build inclusive recruitment partnerships while meeting performance targets.

Coordinates prospective students through the enrollment funnel, working across Admissions, Financial Aid, and Quality Control. Tracks applicant status, manages departmental hand-offs, follows up with prospects, reviews enrollment documentation, monitors deposits, schedules interviews and tours, supports nurture campaigns and recruitment events, maintains accurate system records, and helps improve enrollment processes. The role also performs Admissions Representative duties as needed.

Leads and optimizes the end-to-end accounts payable and procure-to-pay functions. Oversees AP platform improvements, vendor and stakeholder management, cash forecasting support, month- and year-end close coordination, team development, KPI and SLA management, internal controls, payment exceptions, vendor master controls, and audit readiness.
