Part-time paid IT internship supporting hardware and software maintenance, imaging devices, mobile device and network troubleshooting, equipment delivery/setup at customer sites, and resolving tickets through an IT ticketing system while learning cloud, SaaS, and IP telephony technologies.

Provide escalated remote and on-site technical support resolving advanced hardware, software, network, server, and virtualization issues. Train customers, develop support procedures and documentation, collaborate with the team, and deliver outstanding customer service for Fire and EMS agency clients.

Serve as the final escalation on the support desk for complex infrastructure, networking, and security incidents. Troubleshoot servers, virtualization, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and Microsoft environments; respond to and remediate security incidents; automate tasks with PowerShell/Python; own knowledge base, mentor junior staff, set technical standards, and participate in on-call rotation.
