Design, build, and optimize Azure cloud-native applications using .NET/C#. Implement serverless, distributed architectures, data pipelines, and CI/CD. Leverage AI-assisted development tools, apply TDD and automated testing, mentor engineers, participate in architecture and DevOps, and ensure performance, security, and compliance.

Develop, maintain, and improve the Prizm Medical Device Database and MDMS UI. Build ETL/integration pipelines, automate workflows with Python, implement front-end features with Java/HTML/CSS, integrate and validate AI-enabled tools, troubleshoot APIs and data builds, and collaborate with DBAs and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and system performance.

Author and review clinical/dosing content, perform data entry and analysis, verify data changes, support customers, follow editorial policies, contribute to process improvement, and occasionally travel for meetings.

Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts to maximize retention and minimize churn. Drive proactive engagement 90-180 days before expiration, manage approvals and contract administration, maintain accurate CRM and forecasts, identify and mitigate renewal risk, analyze trends for retention opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and RevOps. Use AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and validate contract insights.

Process and maintain pharmaceutical product data for the healthcare knowledge base: review manufacturer submissions, enter coded/uncoded data, resolve discrepancies, perform basic research and quality checks, collaborate with stakeholders, and support editorial standards and process improvements.

Lead go-to-market strategy and marketing programs for healthcare IT products. Own positioning, launches, ABM and AI-driven demand generation, content and sales enablement. Drive market intelligence, campaign measurement, and cross-functional alignment with product, sales, and customer teams to increase adoption and revenue.

Own product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle for pharmacy informatics and healthcare data solutions. Translate customer and market needs into requirements, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver and launch products, support go-to-market and adoption, and continuously optimize products using data and stakeholder feedback. Engage health system pharmacists and informaticists to ensure product-market fit.

Serve as a technical thought partner to Product and Engineering, assessing architectural feasibility, platform scalability, integration strategy, technical risk, and build-vs-buy decisions. Define platform standards, API strategies, and modernization tradeoffs; lead due diligence for third-party platforms; evaluate emerging technologies (including GenAI); and produce executive-ready recommendations that align product strategy with engineering execution.

Research and interpret pharmaceutical sources to maintain and update a drug knowledgebase, perform and verify data entry, review daily audits/reports, support process improvements and AI-assisted tools, respond to customer inquiries, and mentor interns under general supervision.

Coordinate daily office operations for the South San Francisco location: manage front desk, visitors, mail, inventory, room scheduling, event catering, and basic video-conference troubleshooting. Provide administrative support to executive leadership (calendaring, travel, expense reports), assist teams with clerical and onboarding logistics, and help maintain a professional, mission-ready workplace.
