Drive proactive engagement 90-180 days before expiration, manage approvals and contract administration, maintain accurate CRM and forecasts, identify and mitigate renewal risk, analyze trends for retention opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and RevOps. Use AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and validate contract insights.

Process and maintain pharmaceutical product data for the healthcare knowledge base: review manufacturer submissions, enter coded/uncoded data, resolve discrepancies, perform basic research and quality checks, collaborate with stakeholders, and support editorial standards and process improvements.
