Leads a hands-on team managing Salesforce, Gainsight, and connected commercial systems. Owns architecture, data models, integrations, roadmaps, analytics, customer health scoring, automation, AI proofs of concept, governance, documentation, and stakeholder requirements. Configures and troubleshoots platforms, builds dashboards and SQL analyses, investigates data issues, and balances strategic initiatives with operational support.

Software Engineering Interns rotate across multiple real-world projects, contributing to web, mobile, API, SDK, desktop, cloud infrastructure, database, data science, testing, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing initiatives. Interns are expected to use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT. The role is based in Carmel, Indiana, and requires completion of junior year in a Computer Science or Software Engineering program with a minimum 3.4 GPA.

Own FDB’s brand voice and public narrative across web, social, media relations, customer stories, and blogs. Lead editorial and cross-functional content programs involving Product Marketing, Sales, Legal, Clinical, and Executive stakeholders. Manage agencies and vendors, approve routine external communications, support crisis communications, and guide responsible AI-assisted content use through brand controls, templates, prompt libraries, and factual-review workflows.
