An eight-week real estate private equity internship rotating through acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, investor relations, and risk management. Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements and real estate data, developing financial models, conducting property inspections and market tours, preparing investment memos, supporting due diligence and financing closings, and presenting property performance. The role is based in Washington, D.C. and requires strong analytical, communication, teamwork, time management, and Microsoft Office skills.

Supports investor relations and capital formation through quarterly reporting, financial analyses, cash flow projections, presentations, due diligence materials, CRM and investor portal maintenance, investor correspondence, meeting coordination, conference management, and data process optimization.

Supports commercial real estate investment decisions through acquisition underwriting, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, market research, due diligence, transaction coordination, lease analysis, portfolio reporting, and investment committee materials. The role also oversees property-level budgets, lender compliance, development schedules, and financial statements while contributing to strategic, PropTech, and ESG initiatives.
