FCP is a privately held real estate investment company headquartered in Chevy Chase, Maryland, and a subsidiary of Federated Hermes, Inc. Since its founding in 1999, the firm has invested in or financed more than $14.8 billion in gross asset value. FCP invests in and manages multifamily and commercial real estate across the United States, providing asset management, acquisitions, investor relations, and capital formation services through its real estate private equity platform.
