Provide clerical support for commissary offices: prepare production sheets, packing lists, pick tickets, invoices; enter and confirm orders; assist customers by phone; maintain records, petty cash, files, and office supplies; use inventory and office software to route orders and support daily commissary operations.

The position is responsible for operating bakery equipment, producing quality products, maintaining cleanliness, and may involve mentoring new team members.
