Conduct workplace risk assessments and provide consultative loss-control services for commercial insurance policyholders and agents. Develop safety recommendations, training programs, action plans, and loss analyses; maintain account documentation; communicate relevant regulations; and support profitable business acquisition and retention. The role is based in Louisiana, requires routine territory travel, a valid driver’s license, and occasional overnight travel.

Serve as local point of contact for independent agency partners in Texas, promoting P&C products, acquiring and retaining profitable accounts through sound underwriting. Manage new account selection, pricing, renewals, and direct policyholder service. Develop strategic goals with agents, provide technical underwriting expertise, and travel throughout the territory to maintain and grow relationships.

Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and governance; manage risk, cloud and application security (AWS/Azure/GCP), SIEM/SOAR, IAM, threat intelligence, incident response, vendor risk, regulatory compliance, AI/ML security, and board-level reporting to enable secure business growth.
