Supports finance, ESG, and procurement SaaS solutions by gathering requirements, writing user stories, supporting solution design, configuring workflows, and coordinating testing and releases. Partners with business stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment to improve enterprise platforms, including Ivalua. Translates technical concepts into business language and facilitates practical, scalable solutions.

Designs, builds, and supports AWS cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications, and observability solutions. Develops tooling with TypeScript, Python, PowerShell, and Bash; manages Infrastructure as Code; supports security, reliability, disaster recovery, incident response, and platform modernization. Collaborates with development, cybersecurity, database, infrastructure, and business teams to improve developer experience and operational excellence.

Provides second-level IT support, troubleshoots technical issues, facilitates major incident resolution, and develops or supports technology solutions. The role gathers requirements, configures systems, improves tools and processes, documents troubleshooting guidance, analyzes support trends, assists stakeholders, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation. It combines service desk expertise with systems analysis, cloud technology, system integration, and customer support responsibilities.
