Design, evaluate and improve credit procedures and systems to enable credit policies. Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders, recommend risk-mitigating changes, support change management and training, evaluate project deliverables, and provide informal leadership and coaching.

Lead a complex agriculture loan portfolio by structuring financing solutions, executing loans, performing advanced credit and financial analysis, mentoring team members, building customer relationships, driving business development, and representing FCC in the local agricultural community. Travel to customer operations and collaborate with internal teams to close deals.

Manage relationships and portfolios of complex corporate lending accounts, support loan setup and approval, review legal and financial agreements, handle documentation, disbursements and account monitoring, collaborate with sales, underwriting and external partners to deliver strong customer experience.
