Teams at FCC - FAC

Manage FCC's largest corporate and senior account customers by structuring and negotiating complex financing (including syndications), analyzing enterprise financials for credit and risk decisions, leading market development and referral networks, and representing FCC in industry engagement to grow market presence.

Lead evaluation and approval of complex agricultural and commercial loan proposals, assess financial statements and credit risk, ensure compliance with credit policies, coach and mentor lending staff, handle loan amendments and exceptions, support credit quality reviews and credit-related training to maintain portfolio health.

Build and grow relationships with crop input retailers and equipment dealers to promote FCC point-of-sale financing. Execute sales and marketing strategies, provide partner training, support Senior Relationship Managers, and deliver third-party financing expertise to help partners better serve their customers.
