Travel may reach 50% in a given week for field recruiting, team development, and hiring events.

Sources, screens, and hires candidates for corporate and field roles in a high-volume recruiting environment. Manages full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, offers, hiring events, career fairs, and candidate communications. Partners with hiring managers, develops community and trade-school relationships, maintains applicant data in Workday, and supports recruiting across multiple locations with up to 50% travel.

Conducts driver safety training, including new-hire orientation, refresher, post-accident, and recertification programs. Guides local trainers, maintains driver files, communicates requirements to drivers, and ensures classroom compliance. Monitors safety performance using metrics such as TRIR and DOT accident rates. Investigates accidents and work-related injuries, prepares reports, recommends corrective actions, and collaborates with site leadership, claims offices, and adjusters. Requires flexible hours and travel up to 50%.

Lead all operations, maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance, budgeting and staff development for a Waste-to-Energy plant. Drive outage and project execution, maximize reliability and financial performance, enforce SHE standards, manage contractor and community relations, and implement continuous improvement to meet production, environmental, and financial goals.

Manage and grow solid waste and recycling client accounts through relationship management, retention, and business development. Optimize customer programs, coordinate with operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and report on account performance while pursuing new client opportunities and attending industry events.

Dispatchers assign loads, monitor routes and driver hours, ensure DOT compliance and current logs, collect pre/post-trip inspections, create and track work orders, and resolve service issues to complete routes on time.
