Supports and improves corporate IT and operational technology network infrastructure across facilities. Troubleshoots industrial, OT, IoT, IIoT, desktop, endpoint, telephony, and facility technology issues; assists with network deployments, upgrades, migrations, integrations, segmentation, and secure access. Coordinates with plant personnel, vendors, engineering teams, and Corporate IT, while documenting issues, tracking project tasks, maintaining cybersecurity and compliance standards, and providing onsite support with up to 30% travel.

Manages accounts payable and general accounting tasks, including invoice entry and verification, payment-cycle administration, journal entries, account reconciliations, job costing, month-end close support, and reporting. The role requires meeting payable deadlines, maintaining accuracy, multitasking, and following up on outstanding items across multiple locations.

Acquires new commercial, industrial, and construction clients through consultative selling of waste services. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, preparing quotations and proposals, closing profitable business, maintaining customer relationships, promoting additional sales, and resolving complaints. The role focuses on achieving revenue and growth goals across the Houston market.
