Review and reconcile customer accounts, resolve billing disputes and past-due balances, negotiate payments, maintain contract billing data, generate reports, and collaborate with Billing, AR, Customer Service, and Operations to improve collections and billing accuracy.

Optimize customer programs, coordinate with operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and report on account performance while pursuing new client opportunities and attending industry events.

Lead maintenance operations for an MRF: manage supervisors, technicians, and contractors; implement preventive/predictive maintenance; ensure OSHA/EPA compliance; manage budgets, CMMS, vendors, KPIs, and support site projects to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
