Lead Faye’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, KPI measurement, and business performance management. Build scalable FP&A processes, models, and reporting cadences while partnering with leadership, Growth, Accounting, and Data teams. Support acquisition strategy and partner performance, monitor capital efficiency, and introduce AI-driven automation for anomaly detection, budget-versus-actual reporting, controls, and cash-flow forecasting.

Serve as technical authority for backend systems across three cross-functional teams: define architecture patterns and standards, lead design reviews and implementations, identify and remediate technical debt and performance bottlenecks, drive scalability and reliability roadmaps, and partner with product and engineering leads to elevate engineering practices.

Serve as the technical bridge between Business Development and Engineering: lead pre-sales scoping and demos, own end-to-end partner integrations, troubleshoot post-launch issues, analyze data with SQL/Tableau to drive growth, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful launches and scalable processes.
