Conduct outbound telesales campaigns for insurance services, generate leads and applications, assist clients with registration, and follow up on incomplete, rejected, or canceled applications. The role focuses on improving application quality and volume while meeting sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.

One-month SEO content writing internship involving writing, reviewing, editing, and updating Arabic articles in a CMS. Participants learn professional content writing and SEO fundamentals through a free workshop. Applicants should be current university students or recent graduates with strong Arabic writing and presentation skills. Media, journalism, or writing backgrounds are preferred. The program takes place in Zamalek from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays off, and provides a completion certificate.

Handles insurance claims from documentation and reporting through communication with insurers and clients. Guides clients through claim forms, collects documents, answers status and payment questions, maintains records, and generates reports. Supports policy renewals, payment follow-up, transaction monitoring, client correspondence, and occasional insurance sales calls. Provides professional customer service and maintains strong relationships with internal and external customers.
