The Chief of Staff supports the CEO by managing priorities, driving strategic initiatives, facilitating team meetings, and ensuring effective communication across the organization, all while maintaining a focus on efficient execution.

Lead product for claims, revenue, and patient benefits across eligibility, submission, adjudication, denials, and appeals. Partner with RCM, credentialing, and finance to reduce revenue leakage, design patient-facing benefits experiences, scale provider onboarding, prototype with AI, and drive end-to-end delivery with engineering and design, using data to define success metrics.

The Business Operations role involves analyzing patient-provider dynamics, conducting market research, and implementing operational systems to enhance organizational performance in a fast-growing healthtech startup. Responsibilities include metrics tracking, report generation, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic initiatives.

You will be responsible for building features end-to-end, contributing to the platform, collaborating with product and design teams, and maintaining best practices.
