The Business Operations role involves analyzing patient-provider dynamics, conducting market research, and implementing operational systems to enhance organizational performance in a fast-growing healthtech startup. Responsibilities include metrics tracking, report generation, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic initiatives.

Run outbound SMS and email outreach, manage inbound patient conversations, maintain data hygiene and compliance, track performance and conversions, and collaborate with Growth, Ops, Marketing, and Support to optimize lifecycle flows and testing.

Founding People Operations Specialist handling day-to-day HR operations (payroll, benefits, HRIS), employee support, onboarding/offboarding, process design, documentation, compliance reporting, and culture/engagement initiatives to support a fast-growing, distributed team.

Lead product for claims, revenue, and patient benefits across eligibility, submission, adjudication, denials, and appeals. Partner with RCM, credentialing, and finance to reduce revenue leakage, design patient-facing benefits experiences, scale provider onboarding, prototype with AI, and drive end-to-end delivery with engineering and design, using data to define success metrics.
