Leads Fastned’s multidisciplinary Data & Insights team across analytics, engineering, and data science. Lead cross-functional projects to secure and scale EV fast-charging sites across Europe. Translate strategy and market insights into project plans, drive process improvements and playbooks, coordinate rollout across teams and countries, perform financial/market analyses, and mentor junior staff to deliver measurable results and scalable ways of working supporting network expansion.

Senior Business Controller provides strategic FP&A partnership across Europe: builds three-statement models and scenario analyses, owns opex/capex budgeting, benchmarks performance, optimizes financial processes, supports IFRS reporting and audit dialogues, and collaborates with cross-functional teams and Data Analysts to scale the business.

Design and develop modular charging station concepts and master plans using Revit. Integrate technical and creative solutions to position shops and station units, influence municipalities and policy, and help scale Fastned's charging network while delivering excellent customer experience.

Design and deliver modular fast-charging station concepts for Spanish sites through phases 1-4, conduct site visits, create permit-ready plans, coordinate with local authorities and cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality construction documentation aligned with Fastned standards.

Lead Fastned’s commercial strategy across Europe, owning pricing, positioning, brand, fleet and B2B propositions, and cross-functional alignment across Network Development, Growth, Marketing & Communications, and Public Affairs to drive revenue per station and market leadership.

Lead Fastned's site acquisition in Denmark by identifying and securing prime charging locations, negotiating with landowners, developers and government bodies, building strategic partnerships, shaping network development plans, and streamlining expansion processes. Represent Fastned commercially, travel within Denmark and occasionally Europe, and collaborate with international teams to deliver high-impact, long-term charging infrastructure.

Manage daily operations of Fastned's Ghent and Brussels offices: facilities, suppliers, purchasing, onboarding support, events, workplace experience, safety coordination, and supplier/invoice management to ensure welcoming, inclusive, and well-maintained offices.

Lead site acquisition and network development in central and southern Spain. Secure prime real estate through stakeholder negotiations, build strategic partnerships with landowners, investors, and public authorities, and manage permitting and contractual aspects to expand Fastned's ultra-fast charging network.

Lead mid-to-high-complexity bids end-to-end: develop proposal strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, write and quality-assure content, ensure compliance, submit bids, and capture lessons learned. Support orals, clarifications, and continuous improvement of tender processes.

The CFO will lead the finance team at Fastned, overseeing strategic planning, capital structure, and financial discipline while ensuring compliance and sustainability as they expand rapidly across Europe.
