Build and lead a new Procurement function across Europe: define processes, templates and governance; develop category and supplier strategies; lead commercial negotiations; track supplier performance and deliver spend visibility and savings; and grow a central team plus embedded Procurement Champions to support rapid scaling.

Lead growth of Fastned's Belgian retail bond investor base by proactively sourcing, converting, and retaining investors (focus on HNWIs).
