Lead growth of Fastned's Belgian retail bond investor base by proactively sourcing, converting, and retaining investors (focus on HNWIs). Manage outreach pipeline around three annual bond rounds, represent Fastned at events, gather local market intelligence, and collaborate with central teams to drive fundraising targets.

Manage safe, compliant, and well-presented operation of 37+ UK fast-charging stations. Oversee contractors and suppliers, track performance and compliance, maintain records and reporting, troubleshoot equipment, liaise with internal teams and landlords, drive continuous improvement and customer experience, and travel frequently across the region.

Lead Fastned's Germany expansion as interim Country Director: drive deployment and operational excellence, own local P&L, grow commercial performance, represent Fastned externally, shape strategy, and recruit and lead a high-performing local team while ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-functional alignment.

Lead Fastned's end-to-end technology across software, hardware, and IT. Own product & engineering, charging and station technology, energy procurement tech, and integration/IT systems. Define multi-year roadmap, drive systems transformation, embed cybersecurity and data governance, manage teams and vendors, and optimise energy commercial performance to support European scale-up.

Lead Fastned’s commercial strategy across Europe, owning pricing, positioning, brand, fleet and B2B propositions, and cross-functional alignment across Network Development, Growth, Marketing & Communications, and Public Affairs to drive revenue per station and market leadership.

Interim Proposition Lead will develop and manage commercial propositions, enable sales with tools and processes, deliver first deals for new propositions, manage a proposition menu, lead one FTE, and align stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Finance and Operations to scale Fastned's commercial offers.

Lead site acquisition and network development in central and southern Spain. Secure prime real estate through stakeholder negotiations, build strategic partnerships with landowners, investors, and public authorities, and manage permitting and contractual aspects to expand Fastned's ultra-fast charging network.

Lead development, piloting, and scaling of commercial propositions (memberships, loyalty, campaigns). Translate strategy and market insights into go-to-market offerings, own live propositions, manage stakeholders, contracts and systems, evaluate commercial performance, and design scalable processes with Product, Sales, Finance, and Risk.

Provide hands-on IT support for office infrastructure across Europe: troubleshoot hardware/software, manage device lifecycle, assist onboarding/offboarding, maintain meeting rooms and networks, create documentation, support vendor relationships, and occasionally travel to other offices.

The CFO will lead the finance team at Fastned, overseeing strategic planning, capital structure, and financial discipline while ensuring compliance and sustainability as they expand rapidly across Europe.
