Develop and embed Fastned’s risk and control framework, including policies, risk appetite, controls, KRIs, dashboards, and reporting. Lead fraud detection and investigations, advise stakeholders, coach risk champions, strengthen risk ownership, and integrate risk considerations into cross-functional projects. The role requires practical risk management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to operate pragmatically in a fast-growing organization.

Supports Fastned’s legal team with GDPR and privacy compliance, internal policies, corporate housekeeping, board and shareholder documentation, commercial contract review, legal process optimization, and regulatory monitoring. The role also involves developing templates and playbooks, managing DocuSign workflows, supporting legal training, and advising Dutch and European business teams. Candidates should have a Dutch law master’s degree, at least one year of relevant experience, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Leads strategically important, cross-functional finance projects from analysis and scoping through execution. Responsibilities include bank financing, M&A, treasury systems, financial modelling, due diligence, stakeholder coordination, project governance, risk assessment, and senior-management recommendations. The role also supports financing initiatives, lender and advisor engagement, and improvements to recurring finance project processes.
