Leads Fastned’s multidisciplinary Data & Insights team across analytics, engineering, and data science. Sets the data strategy, develops team capabilities, builds roadmaps, prioritizes business outcomes, and partners with senior stakeholders across Europe. Ensures reliable, scalable, documented, and actionable data products, analyses, models, and self-service analytics. The role emphasizes people leadership, coaching, stakeholder communication, data culture, and translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

Lead and grow Fastned's UK & Ireland network by managing a team of Expansion Managers, securing new locations and partnerships, owning business cases and negotiations, streamlining processes, monitoring policy and market developments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious expansion targets.

Lead cross-functional projects to secure and scale EV fast-charging sites across Europe. Translate strategy and market insights into project plans, drive process improvements and playbooks, coordinate rollout across teams and countries, perform financial/market analyses, and mentor junior staff to deliver measurable results and scalable ways of working supporting network expansion.
