The role requires frequent travel among regional centers and focuses on achieving operational, financial, staffing, and service-level goals.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, expense and vendor management, patient satisfaction, Joint Commission compliance, collections, process improvement, and collaboration with medical leadership and corporate departments. The role regularly travels among regional clinic sites and supports operational performance, retention, and growth objectives.

Provides direct acute patient care as a licensed North Carolina nurse practitioner or physician assistant across assigned urgent care clinics. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients of all ages, ordering diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate records, using Epic EMR, collaborating with clinic staff, and supporting meetings and training. The role requires travel among assigned locations, at least two years of experience, BLS certification, and an active unrestricted North Carolina DEA license.
