Leads the shared healthcare IT organization for FastMed and Alo/Avance Care. Oversees Epic EHR operations, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, service providers, IT budgets, governance, and support for clinical and corporate functions. Advises executive leadership, drives technology strategy and innovation, ensures HIPAA and HITRUST readiness, and manages IT commissioning for new locations.

Oversee Center Managers and clinic operations across eastern North Carolina. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, staffing, performance management, budgeting, P&L and vendor oversight, patient satisfaction, Joint Commission compliance, process improvement, collections, and collaboration with physicians and corporate departments. The role requires frequent travel among regional centers and focuses on achieving operational, financial, staffing, and service-level goals.
