Provides centralized patient support through phone, email, chat, web submissions, telemedicine workflows, and MyChart assistance. Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, registration and insurance verification, account troubleshooting, follow-up coordination, inquiry triage, complaint routing, and escalation to internal teams. Maintains HIPAA-compliant communication while supporting Epic MyChart, Solv, and other customer-facing systems.

Leads the shared healthcare IT organization for FastMed and Alo/Avance Care. Oversees Epic EHR operations, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, service providers, IT budgets, governance, and support for clinical and corporate functions. Advises executive leadership, drives technology strategy and innovation, ensures HIPAA and HITRUST readiness, and manages IT commissioning for new locations.

Oversees Center Managers and clinic operations across Central North Carolina. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, expense and vendor management, patient satisfaction, Joint Commission compliance, collections, process improvement, and collaboration with medical leadership and corporate departments. The role regularly travels among regional clinic sites and supports operational performance, retention, and growth objectives.
