Lead design and development of scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Express. Drive architecture decisions, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, collaborate with product stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and promote engineering best practices and testing to deliver high-performance systems.

Own and scale the post-sale customer engine: onboarding, support, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build systems, AI-driven workflows, incident response and on-call operations, define customer health signals, manage and grow a team, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and Finance to drive revenue and product improvements.

Design, run, and analyze benchmarking pipelines for AI/ML optimization solvers; tune parameters, profile performance, detect regressions, and integrate benchmarks into CI/CD. Collaborate with research, product, and infrastructure teams to improve solver speed, accuracy, and scalability.
