Coordinates software implementation training programs, schedules sessions, develops instructional materials, and delivers train-the-trainer support. Collaborates with clients, subject matter experts, developers, testers, and project teams to align training with user workflows and software updates. Evaluates training effectiveness, manages multiple projects, and may assist with testing coordination, change management, and system setup. The role is fully in-office, client-facing, and begins in 2027.

Manage domestic and international payroll processing, reconciliations, deductions, taxable benefits, audits, compliance, reporting, and employee inquiries. Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams on payroll systems, documentation, process improvements, and special projects. The role requires accurate handling of confidential information, payroll legislation, labor surveys, and employment verification requests.

Develops and maintains engaging in-person and online learning materials for targeted audiences. Assesses learning needs, applies adult learning theory, evaluates instructional content, supports technical and functional training, manages materials in an LMS, communicates learning opportunities, and analyzes participation and learner feedback to improve educational resources.
