Own the compliance and risk product roadmap across AML/KYC, Travel Rule compliance, account controls, and jurisdictional expansion. Translate regulatory requirements into specified, sequenced, shipped, and audited features with a dedicated engineering pod. Prioritize regulatory risks, manage multi-jurisdiction infrastructure decisions, align stakeholders, resolve escalations, and use AI tools to accelerate product execution. Requires experience shipping compliance or risk products in crypto and traditional finance.

Supports commercial contracting, product and platform initiatives, regulatory and compliance matters, legal research, contract lifecycle management, disputes, risk management, and corporate housekeeping. Works cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, Operations, Finance, and Sales on a regulated crypto and fintech platform operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Owns end-to-end product launches across multiple emerging-market countries, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, cross-functional coordination, localization, support readiness, success metrics, post-launch analysis, and competitive tracking. The role requires strong product marketing writing skills, independent execution, consumer fintech experience, data fluency, and the ability to maintain consistent brand messaging across markets.
