As a Junior Trade Support Engineer, you will monitor live trading systems, investigate incidents, maintain tools, and improve operational processes.

The Associate will identify and develop partnerships in DeFi and tokenisation, manage a data-driven pipeline, and conduct market research.

Lead research, development, deployment and real-time management of systematic high- or mid-frequency crypto trading strategies. Own a dedicated P&L-driven risk book, manage position sizing, exposures, drawdowns and capital allocation, optimise models and execution, analyse large-scale time-series data, and communicate performance and risk to stakeholders while collaborating with execution and infrastructure teams.
