Graduate Accountant supporting month-end and year-end reporting, journals, reconciliations, statutory accounts, VAT returns, audits, and accounts payable and receivable. The role offers mentorship and support toward ACA or ACCA qualification, with increasing responsibility for finance processes, reporting accuracy, and operational improvements through automation and AI tools.

Provides legal support for structured finance transactions, including securitisation, asset-backed lending, trade finance, fintech lending, crypto, and venture capital investments. Drafts and executes complex transaction documents, coordinates with business teams and external advisors, manages transaction lifecycles, and supports investment vehicles across jurisdictions. Requires autonomy, strong finance-related legal experience, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple matters.

Build and maintain high-performance front-office trading systems, including market data, order management, execution, exchange connectivity, analytics, and monitoring. Develop tested production code with emphasis on latency, stability, and correctness. Collaborate with traders and quants, manage time-series trading data, support 24/7 production systems, diagnose issues, and implement root-cause fixes.
