Lead and scale product management by building decision frameworks, owning roadmap and prioritization, running customer discovery, partnering with founders and cross-functional teams, and shipping features that drive revenue, reduce churn, and improve customer outcomes.

Design and build backend systems for modeling, planning workflows, collaboration, and APIs. Ensure performance, concurrency, multi-user editing, permissions, auditability, migrations, and reliability for large, complex models. Collaborate with frontend and small senior team; ship with product judgment and ownership.

Own delivery of Farseer implementations from sales handoff to go-live: manage scope, budget, timeline, client relationships, risk, change control, documentation, status reporting, and multiple concurrent projects while coordinating consultants and stakeholders.

Design and implement high-performance, data-dense frontend surfaces (sheets, formulas, grids, dashboards) for a real-time collaborative planning product. Own UI performance, component and design system development, collaboration features (multi-user editing, audit logs, permissions), and ship product-quality experiences that scale to large models and heavy interactivity.

Design and validate multidimensional financial models, translate business descriptions into schemas, debug aggregations and rollups across tenants, identify anti-patterns, build reusable modeling patterns, influence product roadmap, and use AI tools to prototype and automate modeling workflows.

Lead end-to-end implementations of the Farseer platform: run workshops, translate business needs into configurations, design planning and reporting models, analyze data and processes, manage client expectations, coordinate cross-functional teams, own documentation, and provide occasional onsite support.
