Maintains production data and schedules, monitors progress, and adjusts plans to meet delivery commitments. Coordinates with production, shipping, quality, customer service, and other departments. Supports truck pickups, deliveries, shipment verification, weighing, documentation, inventory cycle counts, and loading or unloading trucks. Requires accurate data entry, Microsoft Office proficiency, organizational skills, and the ability to safely perform hands-on shipping and material-handling duties.

Supervises foundry quality operations, metallurgical testing, laboratory activities, quality technicians, and customer defect resolution. Ensures iron chemistry, microstructure, mechanical properties, processes, and castings meet ASTM, ISO 9001, and customer requirements. Leads root cause analysis, corrective actions, documentation, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve yield. Requires hands-on expertise with foundry testing equipment, ductile iron metallurgy, quality systems, and supervisory leadership in an industrial foundry environment.

Supervise foundry quality operations, laboratory activities, and 2–3 quality technicians in a green sand ductile iron foundry. Ensure chemistry, microstructure, mechanical properties, processes, and finished castings meet ASTM, ISO 9001, and customer requirements. Lead defect analysis, corrective actions, customer quality interactions, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, improving yield, and strengthening process control.
