Supports project planning, scheduling, documentation, risk and dependency tracking, stakeholder updates, and resource coordination. Facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes impediments, promotes Agile practices, and supports backlog prioritization. Tracks Agile metrics, prepares leadership reports, coordinates communication between business and technical teams, records action items, and helps identify performance improvements across cross-functional SAP transformation teams.

Provides administrative support for Accounts Receivable, including customer master maintenance, credit and debit memo processing, credit card payments, deposits, billing support, SAP reporting, account research, reconciliation, records management, and document retention. The role performs accurate data entry, maintains files, supports audits and cleanup projects, and assists with process improvements while delivering internal and external customer service.

Build and support native iOS and Android applications and React Native/TypeScript products. Own features from requirements through release, contribute to architecture, manage app-store submissions, debug issues across mobile and backend systems, and use AI development tools responsibly. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers, review code, improve QA and release processes, and provide technical leadership across multiple codebases.

Coordinates the accounts receivable function, including receivables posting, credit card processing, invoicing, collections, account reconciliation, credit checks, delinquency analysis, customer statements, legal-action referrals, and financial reporting. Maintains accurate records, processes payment postings and adjustments, monitors past-due accounts, and supports timely collections while ensuring professional relationships with clients and staff.

Provides Level 1 support for desktops, mobile devices, applications, accounts, and networks. Troubleshoots user issues, manages tickets, installs and maintains systems, and supports onboarding and offboarding. Assists with endpoint security monitoring, vulnerability scanning, patching, access reviews, incident reporting, compliance documentation, backups, and routine maintenance. The role also supports basic VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity troubleshooting while escalating complex issues.
