The role manages AWS and Azure environments using infrastructure as code, container orchestration, security, reliability, monitoring, and distributed microservice scaling. It collaborates with software engineering and product teams, supports Node.js and Python applications, researches new technologies, and applies generative AI to DevOps automation.

Designs and builds cross-team platform capabilities, owns end-to-end architecture and non-functional requirements, guides technical decisions, evaluates build-versus-buy choices, and contributes hands-on code. The role partners with engineering, product, security, customers, and business stakeholders; leads migrations, promotes engineering standards, mentors engineers, and drives adoption of internal platforms. Leads complex ecosystem, innovation, and customer transformation programs for pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations. Advises executive and technical stakeholders on data, analytics, clinical workflows, integrations, AI, and operating models. Translates business objectives into actionable strategies, coordinates cross-functional teams, guides change and adoption, manages ambiguous initiatives from conception through measurable outcomes, and develops repeatable frameworks for customer strategy programs.

Lead and build Faro’s solutions consulting function for an AI-powered life sciences platform. Partner with sales on discovery, tailored demonstrations, RFI responses, evaluations, proposals, account strategy, and ROI business cases. Build presales playbooks, reusable collateral, and demo environments while translating clinical and technical needs for enterprise stakeholders. Support integration, security, and compliance reviews, develop client champions, and relay customer feedback to product and marketing teams.

Own strategy and success for a portfolio of pharmaceutical and biotechnology customer accounts. Advise clinical development stakeholders, drive Faro platform onboarding and adoption, lead change management, measure value and ROI, manage retention risks, identify growth opportunities, and develop executive relationships. Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Solutions Onboarding, and Data teams to communicate customer insights and improve Customer Strategy capabilities.

Develop and deliver scalable, distributed SaaS features for a clinical-trial software platform. Responsibilities include architecture and hands-on development, engineering best practices, technology innovation, cross-service and AI-powered feature integration, real-time systems, customer-focused product delivery, and mentoring software engineers. The role collaborates closely with a fast-moving team and contributes to the product roadmap.

Develop and ship full-stack SaaS features across frontend and backend services. Solve moderately complex technical problems, work with microservices and cloud systems, participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and maintain engineering quality. The role requires proficiency in TypeScript or Python with willingness to learn both, collaboration with customers and teammates, and adaptability in a fast-moving startup. Experience with AI-powered features, regulated healthcare, or clinical trials is advantageous.

Leads end-to-end technical implementations of Faro’s AI-powered clinical trial platform across customer environments. Owns infrastructure setup, SSO/SAML, identity configuration, service accounts, APIs, integrations, JSON data mappings, and custom AI prompts. Troubleshoots implementation issues, translates customer requirements into technical solutions, builds scalable playbooks, and manages a project manager. Partners with customer IT, DevOps, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams from technical discovery through go-live.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a major product area in clinical development. Drive customer discovery, design AI-enabled workflows (LLMs, RAG, agents), partner with Engineering and Data Science, define success metrics, and mentor junior PMs to deliver measurable adoption and customer outcomes.
