Own the platform and integration strategy for a clinical trial software platform. Translate customer and partner requirements into technical specifications, define integration roadmaps, design and validate solutions, and lead integrations through launch. Establish platform standards, evaluate ecosystem opportunities, measure performance and adoption, and ensure interoperability, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance across clinical systems.

Designs and operates scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and platform tooling for cloud-native SaaS applications. The role manages AWS and Azure environments using infrastructure as code, container orchestration, security, reliability, monitoring, and distributed microservice scaling. It collaborates with software engineering and product teams, supports Node.js and Python applications, researches new technologies, and applies generative AI to DevOps automation.

Designs and builds cross-team platform capabilities, owns end-to-end architecture and non-functional requirements, guides technical decisions, evaluates build-versus-buy choices, and contributes hands-on code. The role partners with engineering, product, security, customers, and business stakeholders; leads migrations, promotes engineering standards, mentors engineers, and drives adoption of internal platforms. The stack includes TypeScript or Python, Azure, containers, Terraform, relational databases, event-driven systems, and front-end architecture.
