Farmworkers Institute of Education and Leadership Development

Farmworkers Institute of Education and Leadership Development (FIELD) is a 501(c)3 non-profit founded in 1978 by Cesar Chavez. The organization aims to promote social and economic prosperity in rural communities by empowering the underserved to become self-sufficient through education. FIELD provides various programs, including the EPIC adult charter high school, ESL classes, career technical training, and the Cesar Chavez Environmental Corps for conservation.
