Provides on-site frontline IT help desk support across a country club, troubleshooting hardware, software, printing, mobile devices, connectivity, POS, and reservation systems. Manages ticket queues, application accounts, onboarding and offboarding coordination, phones, key fobs, device imaging, deployment, inventory, documentation, and basic network support. Escalates domain administration and complex infrastructure issues to senior IT staff while supporting technology rollouts, events, and end-user training.

Manages daily accounts payable and receivable operations, including vendor invoice processing, member billing, collections, account reconciliations, payment cycles, record maintenance, and month-end close support. Responds to vendor and member inquiries and maintains accurate accounting records.
